Refund and cancellation policy

Poem Reader currently offers free access and does not accept payments. There is no paid purchase or subscription to refund or cancel.

Seven-day refund policy

When paid purchases become available, you may request a refund within seven calendar days of payment. This policy will be shown before purchase. Any longer or additional rights required by law remain available.

Requesting a refund

Email 523354747@qq.com with the order or transaction reference and enough information to identify the purchase. Do not send full card numbers or security codes. We will confirm the request and arrange the refund through the original payment method where supported. The payment provider and bank determine when funds appear.

Cancellation

No recurring subscription is currently sold. If subscriptions are introduced, renewal, cancellation, and access terms will be displayed before subscribing. A refund request and cancellation of future renewal are separate actions; applicable instructions will accompany the subscription.
